Ex. My lvl 2 nerco/ele (made starting old campagin) will he be able to play the fractions campiagn or will I have to restart?

And I have look around the net and here and I cant seem to find the answer im looking for...anyone help me out?

You have to make the decision to merge your new game (FACTIONS) with the old game. If you merge them, then your old characters from Tyria can go play in Cantha. (After doing a quest in Lions Arch)

the crossover point is Lions Arch on this side and Kaineng Docks on the Cantha side

after merging you can start a Cantha character and move it to Tryia as well .

the benefit of that is you gain levels much faster in Cantha due to the huge quest exp rewards.

also the extra 15 attribute point quests are easy to grab in Cantha as well

No, I'd stick with decimal, fractions can be scary!

I wouldn't worry too much about a level 2 toon, that's like 10 minutes of play time in Factions. Just get the game and ADD the key to your existing account and toons from both campaigns can go most anywhere.
